What you're buying

Packsmith sells a one-time digital product: a pack of 13 client documents for a wedding and event DJ business, generated from the details you enter and delivered as editable DOCX files and finished PDFs. There is no subscription, no account, and no recurring charge. The price is shown before you pay and charged once.

These documents are not legal advice

This is the most important thing on this page. The pack includes a contract, a cancellation policy and other documents with legal effect. They are practical starting points, not legal advice, and they have not been reviewed for your state, country or situation. Packsmith is not a law firm and no lawyer has reviewed your pack. Before you use these documents with a real client, have a lawyer in your jurisdiction review them. You are responsible for what you sign and what you ask your clients to sign.

What you may do with the pack

The documents are yours to use, edit, rename and re-brand for your own business, with as many of your own clients as you like, forever. You do not owe us anything further.

What you may not do

You may not resell, redistribute or publish the documents as templates, blanks or a competing product, whether free or paid. The individual documents are yours; the pack as a sellable template set is not.

Delivery

Your pack is emailed to the address you enter at checkout, usually within a few minutes. If it does not arrive, see support. Getting the address right is your responsibility — but tell us and we will re-send to a corrected address.

Refunds

Full refund within 14 days, no reason required. The details are in the refund policy.

What we don't promise

We don't promise the documents will win you work, protect you in a dispute, or comply with any particular law. We don't promise the site is always available. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with Packsmith is limited to the amount you paid us.

Changes

We may change these terms or the product. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones published on the day you bought it. If we make a change that materially affects a purchase you have already made, we will email you.
